Sunny Deol’s latest action thriller Jaat is continuing its box office journey even as it faces strong competition from Kesari Chapter 2. Despite the tough situation, the film has managed to maintain a steady performance and is showing no signs of giving up easily.

On its 10th day, Jaat has collected somewhere between ₹3.50 to ₹4 crore net at the Indian box office, according to early trends. This is quite close to its Good Friday collection, which stood at ₹3.95 crore. The film may not have seen a big jump over the weekend, but holding on to similar numbers despite new releases is a positive sign.

Jaat Box Office Day 10: Total Collection Nears ₹70 Crore

Directed by Gopichand Malineni, Jaat has now made around ₹69.6 to ₹70.19 crore net in its first 10 days in India. While Kesari Chapter 2 has created a storm at the box office and taken away some attention, Jaat has still managed to pull in decent numbers.

With the new work week starting, it will be important for the film to keep up this momentum. If the movie can maintain similar collections in the coming weekdays, it will be in a good position to achieve its financial goals.

Budget and Recovery Status

Jaat is the first Hindi film produced by Mythri Movie Makers, and they have reportedly spent ₹100 crore on this action-packed movie. In just 10 days, the film has recovered nearly 70% of its budget. That’s a solid achievement, especially considering the competition it’s facing at the box office.

However, the coming Monday is going to be crucial. If the film sees a major drop, it might slow down its progress. But if it can remain stable, Jaat is likely to reach the breakeven point very soon.

Chasing Sunny Deol’s Own Record

Interestingly, Jaat is now aiming to beat one of Sunny Deol’s previous big hits – Gadar: Ek Prem Katha. That film earned ₹76.88 crore in its lifetime run and remains his second-highest-grossing film.

Currently, Jaat is only about ₹7 crore away from crossing that number. If the film keeps performing like it has over the past few days, it could easily surpass Gadar within the next 2 to 3 days.

Final Thoughts

Despite the powerful release of Kesari Chapter 2, Sunny Deol’s Jaat is showing impressive strength. It may not be dominating the box office, but it’s certainly holding its ground and winning hearts. Fans are loving Sunny Deol in this intense action-packed role, and the positive word of mouth is helping the film stay strong.

With the next few days being critical, all eyes are now on how Jaat performs during the weekdays. One thing is certain – Sunny Deol is still a force to be reckoned with at the box office.
