Sunny Deol’s latest action thriller Jaat has officially completed 10 days in theatres. The film has had a strong start and managed to recover a large part of its budget within just a week and a half. However, its box office journey is now facing major competition from the newly released Kesari Chapter 2.

Day 10 Collection Holds Steady

Despite the growing competition, Jaat has shown stable performance at the box office. On its second Saturday (Day 10), the film earned ₹3.90 crore net. This is almost the same as its Good Friday collection of ₹3.95 crore net. With taxes included, the Day 10 gross collection stands at ₹4.60 crore.

Although the weekend usually brings a boost in collections, Jaat hasn’t seen a big jump this time. The main reason is the rise of Kesari Chapter 2, which is attracting more viewers each day. Still, it’s impressive that Sunny Deol’s film has managed to maintain decent momentum despite tough competition.

10-Day Total and Current Status

After 10 days, Jaat has collected ₹70.09 crore net at the Indian box office. In gross terms, the total comes to approximately ₹82.70 crore. The film has one more day to cash in on the weekend crowd, but after that, a noticeable drop in earnings is expected.

Jaat’s Position Among 2025’s Biggest Hits

As of now, Jaat is the fourth highest-grossing Bollywood film of 2025. It sits just behind Chaava, Sky Force, and Sikandar. The next big milestone would be surpassing Sikandar, which has earned ₹129.47 crore. However, Jaat would need to make another ₹60 crore to beat it — a goal that now looks difficult due to the ongoing clash with Kesari Chapter 2.

To make things tougher, another big film titled Ground Zero is hitting theatres this coming Friday. This will further divide the audience, making it harder for Jaat to continue its successful run.

Top 5 Highest-Grossing Bollywood Films of 2025 (So Far)

  1. Chaava – ₹614.71 crore*
  2. Sky Force – ₹134.93 crore
  3. Sikandar – ₹129.47 crore*
  4. Jaat – ₹70.09 crore
  5. The Diplomat – ₹40.21 crore*

(*Note: Figures marked with an asterisk are still estimates as their theatrical runs have not yet concluded.)

With more big releases on the way, Jaat is likely to end its box office journey in the fourth spot. Even though the movie may not beat Sikandar, its performance has been strong enough to mark it as one of the biggest Bollywood hits of the year.
