Directed by Ashok Teja, Odela 2 is the sequel to the 2022 OTT release Odela Railway Station. Unlike the first part, this time the makers aimed big with a theatrical release and a much higher budget. Comparison with Tamannaah Bhatia’s Previous Telugu Release

Tamannaah Bhatia’s last major Telugu release was Bhola Shankar in 2023, alongside Chiranjeevi. That film had collected ₹30.63 crore at the box office. Compared to that, Odela 2 has earned just 14% of that total so far.

In fact, Odela 2 stands as one of the lowest-grossing films led by a star actress like Tamannaah in recent years. The lack of buzz, poor word of mouth, and a storyline that failed to connect with viewers have all contributed to its downfall.
