Tusshar Kapoor, who worked with Sangeeth Sivan in the hit Kyaa Kool Hain Hum, called Kapkapiii a “homecoming.” He shared, “The story takes place in a very realistic setting, and the characters feel like people you already know. The horror part revolves around a Ouija board, which is something we don’t usually see in Hindi films. Sangeeth ji gave us the freedom to add our own touch to the characters, which made the whole experience more real. It felt great to reunite with him after almost 20 years.”
