Jack Box Office Report Day 12: Siddhu Jonnalagadda’s Spy comedy struggles badly, fails to match tillu square’s success.

Siddhu Jonnalagadda’s latest Telugu movie Jack is having a tough time at the box office. After his massive success with Tillu Square in 2024, fans were expecting another hit. However, Jack has failed to meet expectations and is now struggling to bring in decent numbers.

Jack Box Office Collection Day 12

On Day 12, Jack managed to earn only ₹2 lakhs at the Indian box office. This is a huge drop of about 84.61% from its Day 11 collection, when it earned ₹13 lakhs. So far, the movie has collected a total of ₹7.79 crores (India net) in 12 days.

The film is slowly moving towards ₹8 crores, but the overall performance has been disappointing. The movie is now being considered a box office disaster, as it is unlikely to even cross ₹10 crores before ending its theatrical run.

Jack vs Tillu Square: A Huge Difference in Box Office Performance

Siddhu Jonnalagadda’s previous movie, Tillu Square, was a blockbuster hit. It earned a massive ₹65.20 crores at the Indian box office within just 12 days of its release. In comparison, Jack is far behind with only ₹7.79 crores in the same time period. That’s an 88% drop in collections compared to Tillu Square.

Clearly, Jack has failed to repeat the success of Tillu Square. Negative reviews from both critics and audiences have also hurt its performance badly.

Budget and Losses

Jack was made with a big budget of around ₹35 crores. But with its current collection of ₹7.79 crores, the movie has only recovered 22% of its cost. This means the film has a long way to go before breaking even, and it’s very unlikely to reach that point now.

Despite the poor response, Jack is currently the 9th highest-grossing Telugu film of 2025 so far. But considering its budget and star cast, this rank doesn’t mean much in terms of success.
