Diljit Dosanjh walks out of No Entry 2: Boney Kapoor clears the air on creative differences.

Fans were thrilled when Diljit Dosanjh was announced as part of the cast for the much-awaited comedy sequel No Entry 2. However, recent news revealed that Diljit has walked out of the film. According to earlier reports, the reason behind his exit was creative differences with the film’s team. But producer Boney Kapoor has now reacted to the rumours and shared a different version of the story.

In an exclusive statement, Boney Kapoor said, “Yes, there are date issues, but certainly no creative differences. That is absolutely false. We are trying our best to work the dates out.”

Earlier in the day, a source close to the production revealed to Filmfare, “Diljit was really excited to work with Varun Dhawan and Arjun Kapoor. But in the last few weeks, he couldn’t agree with the film’s creative direction. That’s why he decided to step away. It’s mainly due to creative differences.”

No Entry 2 is the sequel to the 2005 hit film No Entry, which starred Salman Khan, Anil Kapoor, and Fardeen Khan. The new film features Varun Dhawan and Arjun Kapoor in lead roles. Diljit was also one of the lead actors, but with his exit, the makers might have to look for a replacement. If they can’t sort out the schedule with Diljit, the movie’s release could be delayed. As of now, No Entry 2 is planned for a late 2025 release.

There’s also buzz about Tamannaah Bhatia being part of the cast. Reports say that she may play a role similar to the one Bipasha Basu played in the original film. However, there’s no official confirmation yet from the actress or the filmmakers.

While fans wait to see if Diljit returns to the project, the singer-actor is already making headlines for other reasons. He recently made his Met Gala debut and grabbed attention with his stylish appearance. Videos and pictures of him with international stars like Shakira and Nick Jonas went viral on social media.

On the work front, Diljit Dosanjh has a packed schedule. He will be seen in Border 2, alongside Sunny Deol, Varun Dhawan, and Ahan Shetty. With so many exciting projects lined up, it’s clear that the singer-actor is in high demand.
