Can Raid 2 Break Into the Top 3?
All eyes are now on Sunday’s box office numbers. If Raid 2 earns ₹16.80 crore or more, it will overtake Sky Force, which made ₹73.20 crore during its first weekend. That would make Raid 2 the third-highest opening weekend grosser of 2025 so far.

Bigger and Better Than the Original
The first Raid film, which came out in 2018, had a solid start with ₹41.01 crore in its opening weekend. But the sequel is already miles ahead. If Raid 2 earns around ₹17 crore on Sunday, it will mark an over 80% jump compared to the original’s weekend collection — a huge leap for a sequel.

Ajay Devgn’s strong screen presence, gripping storyline, and the success of the Raid franchise are clearly working in favor of the film. Fans are loving the thrilling drama and Devgn’s intense performance. The numbers speak for themselves.
