To join him, Akshay Kumar will need to earn about ₹275 crores more this year. That could be possible with his next big release—Housefull 5.
Interestingly, Salman Khan, one of Bollywood’s biggest stars, failed to reach the 500 crore milestone with his film Sikandar. And since he has no more releases lined up for this year, it seems unlikely that he’ll join the club in 2025.

Housefull 5 is one of the most expensive Bollywood movies ever made, with a huge budget of ₹375 crores. According to trade experts, it needs to earn at least ₹750 crores worldwide to be considered a box office hit.
